Thank you for your interest in marketing and distributing The Paint Prophet LLC™ and Salias™ Brand products.

Purpose: The Paint Prophet LLC™️ is the parent company of Salias™ Brand accessories, apparel and fragrances etc. ("Salias™ Brand"). In accordance with the Non-exclusive Distribution Agreement, The Paint Prophet LLC™️ grants you, the Distributor, a non-exclusive right to sell the Salias™ Brand accessories, apparel and fragrances etc. under the terms of the Non-exclusive Distribution Agreement. Completion of this form will generate the required Monthly Distribution Inventory Report according to the Non-exclusive Distribution Agreement. This form is designed to provide us with an electronic report summarizing the revenue earned from consigned inventory for the prior month and the amount of current inventory in stock.
